Return & Refund Policy

At Kineticura, your satisfaction is our priority. If your Kineticura Relief Pro arrives with a defect or malfunctions, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

✅ Returns

  • You must request the return no later than 30 days from delivery.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) and photo/video evidence of the defect are required.

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🔄 Exchanges

  • If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are used, altered, or not in their original condition

  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
