At Kineticura, your satisfaction is our priority. If your Kineticura Relief Pro arrives with a defect or malfunctions, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received it.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) and photo/video evidence of the defect are required.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
